Meditation Group Stratham, NH

From Monday, January 04 2010
To Monday, April 04 2011
7:00pm - 8:00pm Monday of each week

Monday Night Meditation in Stratham is on hold temporarily.  Please check back at a later date for location and time.  Thank you to all the people who attended Monday Night Meditation.  Hope to see you in the Spring.  If you have a group that wants to practice meditation on a regular basis, please feel free to contact Amanda through this website's contact page or call her at 630-734-2357.

Meditation is a safe and simple way to balance a person's physical, emotional, and mental states. It is simple; but can benefit everybody.

Meditation is not just for yoga masters sitting cross-legged on mountaintops. It is a flexible approach to coping with stress, anxiety, many medical conditions and the day-to-day "static" that robs us of inner peace. Today, the Pittsburgh International Airport boasts a large meditation room featuring a quiet ambiance, comfortable furniture and paintings of clouds. We can all benefit from the discipline that meditation brings about.  Our meditation group does not require any formal training in meditation or follow a strict discipline.  We just want to teach people to quiet their minds to help them cope with the world the rest of the week.

Thanks to all the wonderful people in the Ohio Valley who have attended the meditation group these past few years.  We have all learned and grown together.  It is my sincere hope that the group continues as it has been---with openness, acceptance, peace and love.----------  Amanda
